The Kibbutz Lavi synagogue was built on the lines of ancient galilean synagogues from the Mishna period. The ceiling is supported by columns. The entrance to the synagogue via stairs following the scripture "From the depths I called unto thee O Lord". The synagogue, which is in the center of the kibbutz, is a tourist attraction for those travelling toTiberias.

The synagogue is furnished with pews built in the Kibbutz Lavi Furniture Factory. The factory has a synagogue showroom and tours are available to view the modern carpentry facilities which produce some 70% of Israeli synagogue furniture. On the tour guests can learn about the religious Kibbutz life style. On the tour one gets a feel of the unique atmosphere of a hotel located in a religious kibbutz surrounded by the Lower Galilean mountains and overlooking the Yavneel Valley and the Gilad mountains. From here the Golan Heights can be seen along with the Sea of Galilee and Mount Hermon (which is snowcapped in the winter).
